Registration of qualifications
When an employee has completed a qualification, the Registered Assessor will forward the fees and results to FITEC for recording on our database. These results will then be sent to NZQA for registration on the National Qualifications Framework.

We offer National qualifications in:

Furniture Making [wood machining, furniture assembly] sometimes referred to as cabinet making.
Furniture Finishing [application of stains, lacquers, paints and other finishing coatings to furniture and furniture components].
Upholstery [soft furniture – lounge suites, chairs, stools etc.]
Steel furniture
Bedding [mattress manufacture]
First line Management [including Diploma level 5].
